Chocolate Chip Cake Batter Cookies

If you are a soft and chewy chocolate-chip lover like myself then this recipe is definitely for you. I am more of a cook than a baker but these are absolutely delicious and great for the holidays. In a large bowl, combine 1 1/4 cup flour, 1 1/4 cup yellow cake mix, and 1/2 tsp baking soda. Using a mixer, cream together 3/4 cup butter and 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup light brown sugar together until smooth. Add one egg and mix for 1 minute. Now add 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Then add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix on low until combined. Add 1 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup sprinkles and then mix together. Refrigerate the cookie dough for at least 2 hours. Lastly, form the cookie dough into small round balls and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. There you go the softest and chewiest chocolate chip cookies you will ever taste.
