Slow Cooker Pork Chops

I have only made these once but trust me the pork chops come out very tender and delicious. First, you season two bone-in pork chops with salt, pepper, and brown sugar to taste. Then cook 1/2 sliced onion in melted butter over medium heat for 4 minutes. Add 1/2 tsp dried thyme and cook for 30 seconds. Then add 1/2 cup chicken broth, 1.5 tbsp soy sauce, and 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce to deglaze the pan. Stir to combine. Pour this liquid over the two pork chops which are already sitting in the slow cooker. Cook for 2-3 hours on high. Remove chops from slow cooker and set aside. Whisk in 1.5 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water into the cooking liquid. Return the chops to the slow cooker and cook for an additional 30-60 minutes. There you go one of the best slow cooker pork chops you will ever have and how easy was that?
