If you are looking for a yummy way to incorporate more vegetables into your diet try out this simple dish. Preheat oven to 425 degree and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Fry in oil over medium heat one frozen package of riced broccoli mix. You can find this in any local grocery store. Transfer broccoli to a large bowl and add 1 egg, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese. Season with 1/2 tsp oregano and salt and pepper. Transfer dough to a baking sheet and shape into thin round crust. Bake for about 20 minutes. Top with 1/2 cup mozarella cheese and bake 10 minutes more. Garnish with red pepper flakes if desired.
